Dr. Jon holds a Ph.D. in Human Services with a concentration in Disaster, Crisis, and Intervention from Walden University. He earned a Master of Arts in Human Services: Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry from Andersonville Seminary.
He is a nationally recognized Human Services Board Certified Practitioner and a member of the National Organization for Human Services. Additionally, he is a board-certified Christian Counselor with the Board of Examiners for Counselors and an ordained minister.
Dr. Jon's areas of experience include relationships, marriage, men's issues, depression, anxiety, Christian formation, missionary families, and grief and loss. While he does not practice psychotherapy, he helps clients leverage their power of choice. His primary focus is coaching men to overcome challenges unique to their lives.
