Attendance & Behavior Policies

It is our goal to provide a safe, fun, and productive environment for our after school programs. Below, you'll find helpful information

Please read the policies and expectations provided below and acknowledge that you and your child have read these.

Attendance Policy

Students who attend the HELP Program will have the opportunity to earn rewards (scholarships, no-fee field trips, etc.).  In order to qualify for these rewards students will be held to an attendance policy. Attendance will be documented daily.  Rate is based on the attendance record for each month.

0-25% Attendance Rate: No rewards - students will be allowed to attend field trips but a small fee may be required.

25-49% Attendance Rate: Students will be able to participate in day trips/field trips at no cost.

50%+ Attendance Rate: Students will be eligible for no cost field trips & scholarships.

Example: The center will be open 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) - approx. 12 days per month. In order to qualify for the 50% attendance rate, a student should attend at a minimum 6 of the 12 days.

If your child is involved in a sport or other extracurricular activity that will limit their attendance, please let us know.  Participation in extracurricular activities will not affect receipt of rewards.

If you child cannot attend on a particular day, please let us know in advance, if possible.
