There’s something I’ve been working on that I’m excited to share with you.

It’s called SHIFT.

At its heart, SHIFT is about something I’ve seen over and over again in people and relationships:

We can want change and still find ourselves repeating the same patterns.

The same reactions. The same conversations. The same frustrations. The same fears. The same ways of responding when life gets difficult.

And sometimes, we don't need a completely different life, relationship, or circumstance.

We need a different pattern.

That idea is what led me to develop the SHIFT experience.

SHIFT is a Christ-centered framework designed to help people slow down, recognize the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, understand what’s underneath those patterns, and begin making intentional choices about what comes next.

For couples, that can mean moving from conflict and disconnection toward understanding and connection.

For individuals, it can mean stepping out of cycles that have kept them from growing, changing, or moving forward.

What I love about SHIFT is that it isn't about pointing fingers or telling people everything they're doing wrong.

It's about asking better questions:

What pattern am I repeating?

What's really underneath it?

What is God inviting me to see?

Who am I becoming?

What is my next step?

I've put a lot of thought, experience, and heart into creating this, and I'm sharing it because I believe it can be a meaningful resource for people who are ready for something to change.

I have included a SHIFT flyer with this email

to give you a feel for the experience.

Whether you know someone who could benefit from it, you're part of a church or organization looking for something meaningful to offer your people, or you simply want to learn more about what I'm doing, I'd be glad to connect.

This is not psychotherapy or professional counseling. This is a method that can take you from where you are to where you want to be.

The core axiom:

You don't need a new life. You need a new pattern.
