GRACE Kids Receive Operation Christmas Child Boxes

Kids from our Family Resource Center in Pattaya (Khao Noi) received boxes from Operation Christmas Child this weekend!

Many churches, including those that we work closely with, actively participate in OCC. While the boxes our kids received most likely didn't come from anyone we know personally, the excitement is just the same. These kids LOVE receiving gifts!

Quarterly, GRACE sponsors and supports pull together to send various items to the kids we serve in Thailand. These care packages are shipped from GRACE directly to our Family Resources Centers so you know your items are going directly to a GRACE child. If you would like to participate in these projects, we would love to have you! This would be a great project for a family or small group. Email genie@globalreliefassociation for details on how to participate in this project.

A special thanks goes out to Jomtien Baptist Church in Pattaya for facilitating the distribution of the boxes and to our GRACE Thailand team for making this happen.

Operation Christmas Child is is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Their mission is to "provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ." Boxes are shipped outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine, and disease; and to children living on Native American reservations in the U.S.
