A while back, we (GRACE) launched our human trafficking awareness campaign, Go Beyond the X.
Since it's inception, GRACE has been a human trafficking prevention organization. What does this mean? It means that the main focus of the organization (our mission) is to prevent human trafficking. We want to see it stopped before it ever begins. We do this through our child sponsorship program and other service projects.
The Go Beyond the X campaign focuses on awareness. Awareness is the knowledge or perception of a situation or fact or concern about and well-informed interest in a particular situation or development. A question I love to ask is "how can we fix a problem if we don't understand the problem?". This is why the Go Beyond the X campaign was created.
This webinar series will begin on May 28, 2022 with Human Trafficking Awareness 101. We will discuss the basics of human trafficking and how we can be aware. You never know, this little bit of information just might save someone's life.
Future webinar topics include awareness human trafficking awareness for youth leaders, human trafficking awareness for medical professionals, human trafficking awareness for teens, and human trafficking awareness for college students.
